Membership FAQ
Thank you for being a member at The Healing Path! We’ve put together a list of the most frequently asked questions for your convenience, and if you need further assistance you can contact one of our membership coordinators listed below.
1. Membership terms are now offered for 12 months only.
2. One family member or significant other may be added to your membership at any time during your contract with a signed authorized user form and a fee of $59.
3. You will have 60 days from the time of your payment at the first of each month to use your monthly service.
4. Should you find it necessary to cancel your membership contract prior to fulfilling your 12-month obligation, you will need to complete and submit a signed cancellation form 30 days prior to your cancellation date and you will incur a fee. We can no longer accept cancellations via phone call or email.
